Ashlin Tignor grew up in Cincinnati and has an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from The Ohio State University. After graduating in 2011 she moved to New Mexico and began working as a Systems Engineer for General Mills. Following multiple operations and engineering roles, all with a focus on quality improvement, she returned to Cincinnati in 2019 and began working at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in The James M. Anderson Center for Health Systems Excellence.
