Dana B. Gal, MD grew up in Berkeley, CA. After attending Wesleyan University, she worked at Boston Children’s Hospital prior to attending the University of California San Diego for her medical degree. She completed her pediatrics residency at the University of California San Francisco followed by cardiology fellowship at Stanford University and advanced fellowship in Acute Care Cardiology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Gal is an acute care cardiologist at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and is a co-chair of the PAC3 Education and Outreach committee. She hopes to improve outcomes and delivery of care to hospitalized children with congenital heart disease.
