Sameer Pangrekar grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. After graduating from California Polytechnic University – San Luis Obispo and obtaining his degree in Electrical Engineering, he worked for a few different consulting firms, where he also obtained his professional engineering license, and now works at Twitter as the Director of Global Design & Construction and Strategic Projects on the Real Estate and Workplace Place. Sameer currently lives in San Francisco with his wife of 4 years and his 2-year-old son who was born with congenital heart disease and receives his care at UCSF. Sameer and his wife joined PAC in the Spring of 2020 and Sameer became a co-chair of the Parent & Family Action Committee in August 2020. Interests include spending time with his family and friends outdoors and rooting for his favorite bay area sports teams, the Giants, Warriors and 49ers.
