Julie Aldrich, MD grew up in Knoxville, TN. After attending Duke University, she received her medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Dr. Aldrich completed her pediatrics residency at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. followed by pediatric cardiology fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH.  Dr. Aldrich is an acute care cardiologist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital where she serves as an Associate Program Director for the Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Program. Dr. Aldrich hopes to improve outcomes for hospitalized children with acquired and congenital heart disease as well as advance medical education for trainees within the field of pediatric cardiology.
