Cortney Higbee has a Master’s of Science degree in Health Education from Texas A&M University and has worked exclusively in the hospital setting since graduation in 2012. Immediately after grad school she started at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX in the Quality & Outcomes Management Department and then moved to Dallas to join Children’s Health as a leader in their Quality & Patient Safety Department for almost 10 years. She then joined PAC3 as Program Director in March 2023.
